We know how stressful it is to leave your pet in the hospital. Which is why for any hospitalized pet, we are happy to call you twice daily (or more!) at your request. We understand you want to stay updated on your pets progress.

To minimise disruptions to your life, we do out utmost to contact you if we are running late. We’re very time consciou and do our best to be punctal. In the unlikely event that we’re running late, you’ll know as soon as possible.

Every Pet
Gets a Treat

We do everything to ensure your pet is comfortable and feels nurtured when in our care. For example, we give every pet treat a treat when they walk in the clinic. This calms them down and helps them feel relaxed – especially on their first visit.

Emergency Service

When your belove pet is unwell, it is important to speak to someone you can trust. Throughout the day, our dedicated team at the clinic is available. If you have an after-hours emergency please call the clinic to get access to on-call veterinarian who will be able to help you and your pet.

What’s most important to you are NOT our qualifications, but our knowledge, respect and care for your loved pet.

To ensure you feel welcome – and most importantly so does your pet – upon arrival you’ll be greeted by the smiling faces of our reception staff.
Our nurses will spend time with you… and make a fuss of your pet to ensure it feels calm and safe.

We’re committed to being available to you and your pet day or night. It’s why we have an after hours service for you to phone.
Whether it’s midnight or Sunday afternoon, our After Hours Referral Clinic is always available to speak to.

We know how stressful it is when your pet suddenly requires urgent veterinary attention. It’s why in emergencies you don’t wait for an appointment – we fit you in on the day of the call.
For serious situations you can come straight down, so your pet gets immediate medical attention.

We’re committed to giving you a full range of options… and then working through them one at a time until we arrive at the option you’re happiest with.
You won’t be pressured into making any decision or choosing a particular treatment. Instead, you’ll learn all the options available, including the pros, the cons and cost of each option. We then agree on which option best suits you and your pet.
