Do you feel that your cat or dog is anxious about coming into the clinic? Does their behaviour change? Does this make you reluctant to bring them to us for a visit? You are not alone. Anxieties about visits to the vet is unfortunately common amongst pets.
We strive to provide an environment that is as stress free and friendly as possible for our patients. However, there are some that are still not sure of us. This is where we want to help you and your pet.
We encourage you to call us before your appointment and have a chat with us. We will provide as much advice and help as we can, whether it be booking an appointment when it is likely to be quieter in the waiting room, giving your dog a health check in the park or deciding if anti-anxiety medication may be suitable.
